Lisa Bondesio is the founder of Chiridion Consulting.  She provides common-sense to clients in times of transition.

Lisa has extensive experience of implementing complex organisational change projects at board level. Her expertise blends business change, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement.  As someone who can think as well as do, Lisa spent her earlier career as the architect of significant business transformation programmes – focused on shifting organisational culture, delivering business growth, and implementing market-led change.  She has worked in several countries including Sweden,  France, Finland, and the US.

She holds an Msc in Corporate Governance.
